Please read the following conditions and select the confirmation box at the bottom of the page to proceed with the request.

The applicant declares that the following preconditions for testing are present:

• Fuel supply line completed and purged,
• Fuel available at the pressure indicated in the generator or burner manual,
• Electricity is available inside the thermal power plant and the electrical system is created according to current legislation,
• All electrical connections were carried out as reported in the manuals provided by ICI CALDAIE S.p.A. and are complete in every part,
• The system has been duly filled with water (or water and glycol in the case of solar systems),
• Generator water supply completed,
• The boiler, regardless of the type, must be filled with water, under pressure and vented from air,
• Generator water treatment present and working, check PH, hardness and salinity as reported in the generator manual
• It is possible to dispose of the heat or steam through the utilities,
• Accessories installation completed,
• Chimney installation completed,
• Safety valves correctly installed,
• Presence of all manuals, certificates and control panel booklets provided by ICI CALDAIE S.p.A.,
• The applicant or his delegate will be present on the construction site, as well as the electrician and plumber who built the system,
• Total accessibility to the thermal power plant and adjacent rooms,
• Completion of the bus wiring (if the ICI supply includes at least one electronic control unit).

Further particular attention for industrial plants:

• Sludge drain valve connected to the drain,
• TDS control valve connected to the exhaust,
• Air connection to the TDS valve and bleeding (if pneumatic). The air must be appropriately treated with filters and dehumidifiers.

Further particular attention for systems with accounting modules:

• Accessibility to the modules guaranteed for the entire duration of the testing,
• Internal accessibility to the accommodation is guaranteed for the entire duration of the testing,
• Electrical power supply stably available on all modules,
• It is possible to supply the modules with hot water from the heat generator,
• It is possible to take domestic water from the accommodation,
• The Master, if provided, is installed and duly connected,
• The bus connection, if provided, is made completely and to the best of standards,
• The e-Kronos connection, if provided, is created completely and to perfection.

If even just one of the preconditions stated above is not found at the time of testing, the APPLICANT hereby authorizes ICI Caldaie S.p.A. to charge (with direct invoicing to the APPLICANT) the extra testing costs following the price list that can be viewed below.

**Rate relating to each technician who will carry out the testing on behalf of ICI Caldaie S.p.A., and therefore to be multiplied by the number of technicians employed. The number of technicians to be used in carrying out the testing is defined at the sole discretion of ICI Caldaie S.p.A. At the end of the testing you will be given a copy of the report by the technician.
