The client needed to install an autonomous steam production system to support a production area with variable loads throughout the day.
The main objective was to ensure continuity of supply, pressure stability and automatic operation management, while reducing manual interventions and energy waste.

The requirements included:

• A reliable steam generator capable of adapting to different demand levels
• High energy efficiency to minimize fuel consumption
• Safe operation even without constant supervision

Implemented solution

A TReVAPOR 1500 steam generator was installed, configured to operate at 12 bar, suitable for production environments that require stable and controlled steam supply.

The system was completed with:

• ECO-G 13 (B), an economizer designed to recover heat from exhaust gases, increasing overall system efficiency.
• Modulating feedwater system with 1 pump + inverter, allowing continuous and automatic adjustment of water flow based on actual steam demand.
• Modulating natural gas burner, optimizing the power output according to the required thermal load and avoiding unnecessary consumption.
• GSS 72H, global Safety System, enabling the generator to operate for up to 72 hours without continuous supervision, in compliance with current regulations.

This configuration provided a flexible, efficient and highly automated system.

Achieved results

The solution allowed the client to:

• Ensure stable and consistent steam supply even under variable load conditions.
• Reduce fuel consumption thanks to the economizer and burner modulation.
• Minimize manual operations thanks to automatic feedwater regulation.
• Operate safely without constant supervision, while maintaining control and monitoring of system parameters.
