This process is carried out to produce the sheaths that protect the wires. Vulcanization is the same process used in tire manufacturing and requires very high pressures, and therefore, safety.


The solution


The installed generator operates at a pressure of 25 bar which, thanks to the control system via ICI ETERM, ensures reliability even at such high pressures.
Additionally, the system is equipped with INVERTERS both on the pumps and on the burner, allowing optimal load modulation management.


Results achieved


Thanks to the combustion system, which continuously monitors combustion parameters (O₂, CO, Air) and records data, the customer can view real-time emission values and contribute to environmental sustainability.
