Excellence in sports cars in Sant'Agata Bolognese (I°)

The customer needed a new steam plant capable of adapting to varying loads. In fact, the consumption analysis showed that, during the working day, the plant required both very high and very low loads.
 

The solution

 
For this reason, it was decided to install 2 x ECOVAPOR units, the system entirely designed and built by ICI Powering Evolution, capable of self-adapting to variable loads. Thanks to the integrated combustion system, the generator achieves an effective modulation of 1:8, ensuring a wide operating range.
 

Results achieved

 
The installation of two ECOVAPOR units made it possible to:

• Drastically reduce on/off cycles

• Reduce mechanical component maintenance over time

• Save a large amount of gas, increasing savings in the long term
