The client company needed a highly efficient and fully autonomous thermal power plant equipped with:

The solution

A turnkey thermal power plant was designed and built, based on pre-assembled modular skids, including:

• Ultra-low NOx modulating burners to ensure high efficiency and compliance with regulatory limits
• Superheated water generation system, delivering network temperatures above 120 °C, optimizing thermal output
• Centralized control panel with digital control systems for supervision and automation
• Dedicated steam generation system sized to the customer’s specific demand
• Water generation and treatment systems to ensure fluid quality and control
• Feedwater degassing and preheating system to protect the plant from corrosion and inefficiencies
• Expansion system for thermal fluid management and optimal operating pressure

This configuration ensures a highly integrated, efficient solution in full compliance with environmental regulations.
