For one of the world’s leading brewing companies, we carried out the installation of a steam generator to support the production process. The project was developed with the goal of reducing energy costs, thanks to the ability to use multiple fuels, even in combination.
The thermal unit was specifically designed to operate with:
- 100% natural gas
- 100% biogas
- A blend of natural gas and biogas
- A small percentage of hydrogen
We then developed a highly efficient solution by integrating a double condensing economizer, capable of achieving efficiency levels above 99% across all loads.
Emissions remain very low thanks to the use of clean fuels or by-products from the production process itself.
