The initial request of the customer involved the resolution of the problem of having to completely modernize the existing thermal power station by differentiating the fluid carriers distributed according to the needs of the case, less steam and more hot water.
Previously there was only one steam boiler with exchangers that satisfied the various requests of the case. The thermal plant was built and recovered in the existing structure and completely modified to accommodate the new thermal machines.
THE SOLUTION
The supply, consisting of a GSX 500 12 bar steam boiler, has considerably reduced steam production costs. In addition to steam, two CODEX 1600 series floor standing condensing boilers have been installed, for the production of hot water destined mainly for environmental heating and partly for production, which, thanks to the extremely high efficiency, have allowed a rationalization of management costs.
