Le projet s&rsquo;appuie sur le d\u00e9monstrateur MACBETH, une installation pilote \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;un r\u00e9acteur \u00e0 lit fluidis\u00e9 int\u00e9grant des membranes en palladium-argent (Pd-Ag), capable de combiner au sein d&rsquo;un m\u00eame syst\u00e8me la r\u00e9action de reformage et la s\u00e9paration de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, am\u00e9liorant ainsi l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 et le rendement global du proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Objectifs du projet<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>D\u00e9velopper une technologie innovante pour la production d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne renouvelable \u00e0 partir de biogaz et de biom\u00e9thane.<br \/>\nInt\u00e9grer des r\u00e9acteurs \u00e0 membranes avec des syst\u00e8mes de gestion thermique \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9e aliment\u00e9s par des sources d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelables.<br \/>\nValider un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 haute efficacit\u00e9 capable de combiner la conversion chimique et la s\u00e9paration de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne dans un m\u00eame r\u00e9acteur.<br \/>\nFavoriser le d\u00e9veloppement de solutions modulaires et \u00e9volutives pour une production durable d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Phases du projet<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Remise en \u00e9tat et remise en service du d\u00e9monstrateur MACBETH, avec la restauration de l&rsquo;installation pilote.<\/li>\n<li>Validation fonctionnelle du syst\u00e8me afin de v\u00e9rifier ses performances op\u00e9rationnelles.<\/li>\n<li>Mise \u00e0 niveau des syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les adapter aux nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s du projet.<\/li>\n<li>Int\u00e9gration du syst\u00e8me de gestion thermique \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9e, con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre aliment\u00e9 par des sources d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelables.<\/li>\n<li>Industrialisation de la technologie en vue de son futur d\u00e9ploiement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle industrielle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>R\u00f4le d&rsquo;ICI Powering Evolution<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>ICI Powering Evolution a assur\u00e9 le r\u00f4le de partenaire industriel responsable des activit\u00e9s d&rsquo;industrialisation du projet. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, l&rsquo;entreprise a pris en charge la remise en \u00e9tat et la remise en service de l&rsquo;installation pilote MACBETH, la validation fonctionnelle de l&rsquo;ensemble du syst\u00e8me, la mise \u00e0 niveau des syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ainsi que l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration du nouveau syst\u00e8me de gestion thermique \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9e.
