de l&rsquo;alimentation, la stabilit&eacute; de la pression et une gestion automatique du fonctionnement, tout en r&eacute;duisant les interventions manuelles et les gaspillages &eacute;nerg&eacute;tiques.<\/p>\n<p>La demande comprenait :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un g&eacute;n&eacute;rateur de vapeur fiable et capable de s&rsquo;adapter &agrave; diff&eacute;rents niveaux de demande<\/li>\n<li>Une haute efficacit&eacute; &eacute;nerg&eacute;tique pour limiter la consommation de combustible<\/li>\n<li>Un fonctionnement s&ucirc;r m&ecirc;me sans surveillance constante<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\nSolution mise en &oelig;uvre<\/h4>\n<p>\nUn g&eacute;n&eacute;rateur de vapeur <strong>TReVAPOR 1500<\/strong> configur&eacute; pour fonctionner &agrave; 12 bar a &eacute;t&eacute; install&eacute;, adapt&eacute; aux environnements de production n&eacute;cessitant une vapeur stable et contr&ocirc;l&eacute;e.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;installation a &eacute;t&eacute; compl&eacute;t&eacute;e par :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ECO-G 13 (B),<\/strong> &eacute;conomiseur con&ccedil;u pour r&eacute;cup&eacute;rer la chaleur des gaz d&rsquo;&eacute;chappement, augmentant le rendement global du syst&egrave;me.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alimentation modulante<\/strong> avec 1 pompe + variateur, permettant un ajustement continu et automatique du d&eacute;bit d&rsquo;eau selon la demande r&eacute;elle de vapeur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Br&ucirc;leur modulant<\/strong> au gaz naturel, optimisant la puissance en fonction de la charge thermique requise et &eacute;vitant les consommations inutiles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>GSS 72H, s<\/strong>yst&egrave;me de S&eacute;curit&eacute; Globale, permettant au g&eacute;n&eacute;rateur de fonctionner jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 72 heures sans supervision continue, conform&eacute;ment &agrave; la r&eacute;glementation en vigueur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nCette configuration a permis d&rsquo;obtenir un syst&egrave;me flexible, performant et hautement automatis&eacute;.<\/p>\n<h4>\nR&eacute;sultats obtenus<\/h4>\n<p>\nLa solution a permis au client de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Garantir un approvisionnement en vapeur stable et continu m&ecirc;me en cas de charge variable.<\/li>\n<li>R&eacute;duire la consommation de combustible gr&acirc;ce &agrave;
