Pasando a trav\u00e9s del recuperador la temperatura de los humos baja considerablemente y, si la temperatura de retorno instalaci\u00f3n es inferior a 57\u00b0C, el vapor de agua contenido en los humos se condensa, aprovechando el calor latente de condensaci\u00f3n.
