Due to tight timelines, a turnkey project was essential, covering everything from removal of the old boiler to installation and supply of the new system.<\/p>\n<h4>\nThe solution<\/h4>\n<p>\nICI Powering Evolution, together with a local partner, supplied and installed a GX S<strong> boiler<\/strong> with a capacity of <strong>10 t\/h of superheated steam<\/strong> at <strong>5.5 bar,<\/strong> with an efficiency of <strong>94%.<\/strong><br \/>\nThe system included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>GSS 72<\/strong> system allowing up to 72 hours of unattended operation<\/li>\n<li><strong>Economizer <\/strong>for energy recovery<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modulating feed system<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nCommissioning was performed by ICI Powering Evolution technicians, with the thermal power plant approved in accordance with current regulations.
